Leah Bamberger is a global sustainability leader with over 15 years of experience driving impact across government, higher education, and the corporate sector. Currently serving as Senior Sustainability Manager at Textron, she leads sustainability strategy, performance, and ESG integration. Leah’s career includes launching Northeastern University’s first sustainability office and decarbonization strategy, and spearheading the City of Providence’s nationally recognized Climate Justice Plan. Her approach combines strategic planning, inclusive stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making, while always centering the human dimension in environmental solutions. Leah holds a Master’s in Regional Planning from UMass Amherst and a BA in Political Science and Environmental Studies from the College of Charleston. Whether shaping policy or building partnerships, she is committed to creating sustainable systems that deliver long-term value for both people and the planet.
