About me
Jenn Chang directs the Culture and Civil Society Initiative at the Harvard Kennedy School and teaches at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. At the National Endowment for the Arts in the Biden administration, she helped design the agency's $135 million American Rescue Plan program and partnered with the White House on an all-of-government arts strategy. Jenn also worked at Google and on Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
