Jen Stave is the Executive Director of Harvard Business School's AI institute and a Partner at Keystone's AI Navigator Practice.
Dr. Stave’s work sits at the intersection of data, AI, change management, workforce transformation, and organizational effectiveness and her perspectives on the future of digital labor are featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and The Economist. She has served on the steering committee for the United Nations’ AI for Good program and is a frequent contributor to Harvard Business Review. An innovator with deep roots in industry, Dr. Stave previously served as a Senior Vice President in the financial services sector, where she led the industrialization of AI strategy and data science competencies across multiple global lines of business. She is a prolific builder and technologist, holding multiple U.S. patents for machine learning applications in risk management and customer communication analytics. She is a Board Advisor to The AI Lab and earned her Ph.D. in Quantitative Social Sciences from American University, where she was a Boren Fellow.
