About me
Erik Drobey is the Senior R&D Chef at Impossible Foods, where he has been developing plant-based meat products since 2020. Before joining Impossible Foods, Erik served as Sous Chef at Wursthall, a Bay Area restaurant formerly co-owned by Kenji López-Alt.
